Hi, I’m Holland. I am a Learning Resources Assistant, multimedia creator, and an aspiring educator specialising in digital literacy and user support. My daily work involves helping students and staff navigate virtual learning environments, master digital tools, and build their technical confidence. I love demystifying technology for people, and my teaching approach is backed by a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, alongside my ongoing PGCert in Online Teaching. I am particularly focused on digital pedagogy and accessibility (WCAG), ensuring that digital spaces are inclusive by design.
Alongside my background in education, I bring a strong creative drive to everything I do. I have a music degree and experience of teaching, radio presenting and producing, theatre work, voiceover work, YouTube content creation, and running my own business. I am highly comfortable with audio and video editing, graphics, animations, gamified learning activities, and quiz creation. My goal is to combine these creative media skills with my pedagogical training to transition into a full-time role in digital skills training or learning design. With a potential relocation to Scotland on the horizon, I am actively seeking remote opportunities within the UK corporate, public, or third sectors where I can help organisations empower their users and teams through engaging, accessible digital learning.
